Hello Paula,
the location is probably Hellmers (written over two lines), now called Helmers (https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10766013).
The second word is Verheyrathete sich... (married).

@PaulaRail1 The passage reads 'zu Hellmers. Verheyrathete' Only the first two words refer to a location. The place is also spelled 'Helmers' according to Google.
'Verheyrathete' = Married (someone in 1787)

I read the place as: Hellmers (which is split over two lines: "Hell-" "mers").
The rest of what you underlined is the start of a new sentence which begins with the word: "Verheÿrathete" = verheiratet = married.
I did not find a place called "Hellmers" in Meyers Gazetteer, BUT:
I found a place called "Helmers" in Kreis Meiningen in Meyers Gazetter: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10766013
