One of the authors is Beth Marlow but, I have found a Cd ,Svenska Ortnamn, that provides what I need. Geoff Morris told me of it.

It is a three volume set that is on reference shelf in the Sweden area at the Salt Lake Family History Library.

I am still looking for a source for the CD. It is available at the Salt Lake Library. I thought it was available through SVAR but I did not find ti there. Maybe Geoff Morris can be of assistance.
