    Hello @brother Barry,

    Translation:

Heading at the top of the left-hand page:
On Septuagesima Sunday 1620 [16 February 1620] two children were baptized.

The heading above your specific record no. 6 is Dass ander = The other = the other child baptized that same day.

    6. Balthasar Brombacher, cooper, and his wife Cath[arina] Kieffer.

    Clauss.

Catharina Warzag___? ________________? at Basel [Switzerland].
    Gertrud Harscher, also from Basel.
Ambrosius [no surname recorded], a knifesmith.
    Hanns Meÿer from here.

My comments: Septuagesima Sunday is the 9th Sunday before Easter. Baden adopted the Gregorian calendar in 1583; hence I used the Gregorian calendar to determine the date of Septuagesima Sunday in 1620, which was 16 February 1620. Keep in mind this is Clauss's baptism date not his birth date.

I presume the last four people named are the godparents/baptismal sponsors.
