Translation Request - partial - Polish to English: Death Record #73, Jan Becinski, parish Lubraniec

I have translated most of the attached the death record, however I am not sure of the information that appears on the line immediately after the deceased parents are named, Mateus and Malgorzata Becnski. Does that indicate Jan was born in Piaski and last resided in Kalny Redecz? The rest of the record I have translated except for the notation that appears in the left margin. Are you able to translate that? Thank you for your assistance.

    Translated from Polish:

    Death Record No. 73, Lubraniec Parish, of Jan Beciński, who died in Redecz Kalny on 16th June 1858, death reported on 17th June 1858, he was a shepherd, 32 years old, son of deceased Mateusz and Małgorzata, of unknown maiden name, married couple Beciński. He was born in Piaski and lived in Redecz Kalny. At death he left widowed wife, Franciszka, born Sobczak, and children: Jadwiga, Ignacy, and Antonina, staying with their mother. Death reported by Szymon Sobczak, a farmer from Dobierzyn, 60 years old, and Szymon Marciniak, a farmer from Redecz Kalny, 46 years old. This record was read and signed.

    Note in margin: the word underlined trzydziesci trzy, dwa (correction of age of Jan Becinski from 33 to 32 years old.
