Looking for anu records of my grandmother

My grandmother is Nenita Reyes, i am looking for her birth certificate or any relevant documents, luckily I was able to find this.. I am looking for her birth certificate or baptismal records

Actions I did

Went to PSA-no records

Went to Philippine archives no records

Called municipality of Mlang no records

Called ilocos where our province is no records in the church

Called stamaria ilocos sur where my grandmother was baptized no records

Called UST where she died no records

Requested a death cert on PSA no records

I feel like i am on a dead end... Can anyone help or suggest my next step should be?
