Here is what I can figure out:

I can not make out the father's name. Possibly Wojtech. No idea on the last name
Mother: Magdalena daughter of possibly Wojtech Svehnoha? Vranovice #25
and Anny Baczik or Latzik? ? #38
I'm having trouble with these names. I do have a Wojtech Svehnoha and Anny Latzik in our family LBMW-L2D so I'm just wondering if these could be Magdalena's parents? The addresses aren't consistent.
Maybe I should look for a birth for Magdalena and see if I can find her. I might be able to read the script a little better.
I have the Czech handwriting samples that I am looking at but I am just not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.

Good job! You have a possibility. I think it could be the same people. Are you aware of the indexes for two time period that could help you figure out the surnames in this area. I think the Labtik family is from Voltus (Woltusch) according to the 1774 marriage record of Adalbert Svejnoha (aka Schvegnoha) and Anna Labtik. Do you have a translation of this record?
The men's names are variations of Wenceslaus- Wojtech. I find this list of names in different languages helpful. https://sites.rootsweb.com/~scoconee/names.html I use this all the time. I am thinking that the Root name listed is the Latin name. It has Czech and German included.

I have a contact in Mlada Boleslav that sometimes helps me with my research. [She] speaks Czech and English and I believe she does research professionally. I try to do the finding and she helps me decipher the text. Sometimes she adds information to our lines that she discovers as well.
[She] is the one who translated the records for Adalbert and his wife. She did not do a complete translation of the marriage record. She was able to confirm the connection and gave me Adalbert's parent's names. She also added additional children to the family.
She is very kind but I try not to abuse her generosity.
Where would I find the index of surnames for the area? My husband has two family lines from the village of Vranovice in Pribram District. I am going through each record looking at any entries of family names and then I check to see how they fit in. The farther back I go, the harder it is to decipher the text. I know just enough Czech to help me with the column headings.

They don't have them for every year but you can check the index for the spelling of the name as the priest tend to write the indexes with their best handwriting. If you don't see it let me know.
I spent a lot of time looking at the residence of the Latzik family. If I am right the town is Voltus (Woltusch). I would search there for records of the Latzik family. Keep in mind the marriages are generally found in the bride's parish.
It does get a lot harder when it get back farther and generally is in Latin.

The number for the record that they post is the folio (page) number not the digital number. Some indexes combine all the birth, marriage and death into one index. They usually have a column for each and if they have a record they post the folio number and sometimes the complete date.
