I am unable to download 2 trees that I previously uploaded to family search.

Here is the link to the trees. There is a box for downloading to the right of the tress, but I get a white page message instead of a download.

    Am I safe to assume that you uploaded these Gedcom files some time ago and that they were uploaded into the Pedigree Resource File (PRF) dataset as part of the Genealogies…they were not uploaded to create one of the new CETs?

    I am assuming that because you indicate that there is a download "box" and CETs do not offer a download capability. If it is Gedcom uploaded into PRF you should see a small downward pointing arrow with a line under it on the far right of the row displaying your uploaded file. That arrow will be between the word "View" and a small garbage can icon.

    The ones that I am getting the white page error message were uploaded some time ago. The newer ones also have a downward arrow with a line under it between the word view and the small garbage can. I tried to upload one of the newer ones and one of them uploaded, just to check if it would work or not. But the older ones only show a white page error when I try to download them.

    @Donna White I am getting the download dialogue when I choose to download from the Genealogies Trees Uploaded section of the page. I am running Windows 11 OS in a Chrome browser. What OS and browser are you currently using? Sorry you are running into this issue.
