DQS Error won't dismiss
I've posted here before about issues with the DQS interpretation of the ranges of years/ages used in the New Jersey census.
The DQS is still calling out an error for my grandfather's age from the 1895 census. He was born in 1893 and is listed in the 1895 as under 5. All correct. The DQS says
When I try to dismiss with an explanatory note, it will not dismiss.
Repeated attempts only give an error message:

And now I'm getting "marriage that is not supported by any tagged indexed sources" when it is.
At least that one I was able to dismiss with a reason.

Unable to dismiss a DQS flag when the gender is misreported in a census record. For example: LB9F-NT5 Is incorrectly listed as "son" which indicates male. Her name is also misrepresented but that can be dismissed with an explanation. However, the faulty sex entry cannot be dismissed.

@Áine.ní.Donnghaile The fact that DQS reports "marriage that is not supported by any tagged indexed sources" in that particular case is a result of some quirks in how FamilySearch handles sources and some limitations on what DQS considers an "indexed source." It can be fixed (I did fix this particular one), but it is quite a hassle.
The reason that DQS in this case does not consider the source you added to the couple relationship to be an "indexed source" is that you attached the source by using the URL to the FamilySearch source details page. Although the URL is indeed on FamilySearch.org, because you added the source by using a URL, it is considered to be an external source, which is verified by the fact that it uses the globe icon, rather than the tree icon, in the list of sources, as you can see in this screen shot from the Couple Relationship for Elizabeth Holleran:
What I did was to copy the source to my Source Box and then I could attach it to the Couple Relationship. Then I tagged it to the Marriage event. Once that was in place, I could go to the Dismissed Helps tab for the Elizabeth's Research Helps page and Undo the dismissal of the DQS error for "marriage that is not supported by any tagged indexed sources." After undoing that, the DQS error did not reappear, since the marriage is now tagged to a source that DQS considers to be indexed.
I did these things and documented them above to explain why DQS acts the way it does. By no means am I saying that I like the way it works. It's far more difficult than it should be to attach a source (especially an indexed FamilySearch source) to a couple relationship, and you have to dig deep to tag that source to the Marriage event. It's all so complicated that very few users manage to succeed, and many more are confused by the DQS warnings in this area. But hopefully this at least explains how it currently works.
