Birth Record No. 177, Scan 47 of 117, Sompolno, Evangelical-Augsburg Parish, of Alma Streich, born in Czarnybród on 6th November 1919, christened on 6th December 1919, birth reported on 8th December 1919, daughter of Andrzej (Andreas) Streich, a farmer in Czarnybród, 54 years old, a permanent resident of Gmina Boguszyce, and of his wife, Alwina, born Steinke, 32 years old. Witnesses: Gottlieb Ganas, a farmer from Potałowka (?), 64 years old, and Ludwik Mielke, a farmer from Kozy, 37 years old. Godparents: Artur Kujat and Ernestyna Albrecht, a maiden.

Please note that there is no Czarnybród, Potałowka or Kozy near Sompolno. Maybe since then the names of those communities were changed.

Thanks so much @Eppich Maria Maria. You are amazing. You showed me earlier how to use mapa.skukacz.pl and helped me find Kozki near Piotrkow Kujaski. And Kozy is very close to Kozki. It is so small. We drove by it in May and there are only a couple of farms nearby. And close to Kozki is a lake called Czarnybrod. I believe my ancestors called where they lived Czarnybrod. My great-grandfather Andreas Streich is said to have owned the lake and fished there as well as having a farm about 1km from the lake. In earlier birth records, it says the children were born in Wymyslowo. And there is a Wymyslowo close to the lake. Sompolno is about 14km SW of Kozki. Thanks for all of your help.
