Ordinances
It would be nice if the ordinances before and after showed on the change log for Member accounts. That would help us know if we lost any along the way and also if we had to undo a merge it would be very helpful.

Ordinances are never lost and they alway stick with the original ID so merging and unmerging does not affect them. All ordinances for all the combined IDs stay on a merged ID even though only the earliest ones display.
The change log is complicated enough that adding a requirement that certain items are blocked from displaying on public accounts and only show on member accounts is probably too much to ask.

We'll discuss this and see if this is something we can do.
