Death Record No. 3, Rychnów Parish, of Łukasz Dolatowski, who died in Rychnów on 22nd March 1859, at 5 am, death reported on 24th March 1859, at 11 am, he lived one year and a half, born in Rychnów, he was son of Stanisław and Magdalena, born Maćkowska, married couple Dolatowski, servants at manor. Death reported by Marcin Jóźwiecki, 31 years old, and Stanisław Grzelak, 32 years old, both tenant farmers living in Rychnów. After confirming with my own eyes the death of Łukasz Dolatowski, this record was read and signed.
