Birth Record No. 36, Talfeld (Uzarzewo) of Thomas (Tomasz in Polish) Adamczeski, born in Zjawinin on 6th December 1848, christened on 17th December 1848, son of Michael (Michal) Adamczeski and Catharina (Katarzyna) Andrzejewska, both Catholics. Godparents: Stanislaus (Stanislaw) Czajka and Anna Rubio, farmers.
It was customary in Roman-Catholic Church to make two copies of the records, one for Parish Book, and the second for Diocese Book, submitted there at the beginning of the following year. But in this case, the Archives made the transcript of the Parish records.
