MyHeritage shows changes made to a relatives info - Never heard of these people

How can someone/anyone make changes? If I understand this correctly.

So I found my relative, the info is correct, but on the right side it shows a few people made changes. Doesn't show what changes or why. And just to clarify, I would know these people if they had ANY relationship to my family.

Thanks for any insights.

If you click 'show all' below the list of changes you found, you will see all changes ever made to the profile, by who, and with the ability to communicate with such a contributor by clicking on their user name (though they are not obliged to respond).

Re family relationships, there are many reasons for more distantly related or unrelated people to change profiles/relationships in the global collaborative Tree, not least fixing clear, verifiable errors such as bad merges that may have impacted the Tree in other ways.

Anyone can change any profile or relationship in an appropriately careful and collaborative manner (e.g. not ignoring alerts, not going against existing fully-source-verified information).
