Sweden - Translation of note on Clerical Survey
Cajsa Andersdotter, born 2 June 1815. There is a note on the far side. I can make out that it is about Olof Magnusson of Dalen, Kihls. They were engaged 22 October 1854 and married 26 December 1854.
There is lots of words in between that I haven't been able to make out.

@Ulrich Neitzel Thank you. If you will look back at the record there are two children listed with Cajsa Andersdotter. Carl Magnus was born 18 March 1850. There is no father listed on his birth record. The previous Clerical record does not show a surname for him but this one and the next one show him with the surname of Olsson. I am wondering if this note and the listing of a surname would be enough to support Olof Magnusson being the father of Carl Magnus.

The note concerns apparently the churching of Kajsa after the birth of Carl Magnus. Although the marriage did not take place for more than four years, she is taken to church as Olof's legitimate wife (äkta hustru). I therefore conclude that Olof Magnusson was indeed Carl Magnus's father.

@Ulrich Neitzel Great! I hope was hoping I was reading between the lines correctly. The date of 12/5 1850 was what got me thinking that he was the father even though I was struggling with the words around it.
