    Translated from Polish:

    Death Record No. 18, Piotrków, of Ludwika Stramowski, who died in Zagorzyce on 13th April 1847, death reported on 15th April 1847, she lived 2 years, she was daughter of Mateusz and Antonina, married couple Stramowski. At death she left her parents living on a farm in Zagorzyce. Death reported by Ludwik Skrzypiński, 47 years old, and Michal Sobczak, 51 years old, both farmers in Zagorzyce. This record was read and signed.
