Help with translation of this Parish Record

My great grandfather's name is John Forsman LSDK-X6M and I'm trying to figure out his correct parents. I believe this record may hold the answers.

    Sorry for the delay in answering this.

    This is a birth record for Johannes Forsman. It gives his parents as Matts Erikss[on] Forsman and Anna Lovisa Pehrsdotter. The names underneath the parents names are witnesses/godparents. But on the left side of the entry, it also gives the page in the Communion book where the family is found: page 668.

    Unfortunately, the Communion books for Pedersöre parish for this time period are only viewable with a membership to SSHY (Suomen Sukuhistorialline Yhdistys). In English it is FFHA (Finland's Family History Association).     I think I can upload an image of the page without causing any problems. According to the information in the Communion book, the parents for Johannes in FamilySearch Tree are incorrect. His father is Matts Eriksson Forsman born 31 May 1843 in Pedersöre and his mother is Anna Lovisa Pehrsdotter born 20 March 1843 in Pedersöre. Johannes' parents' marriage date is also in the Communion record: 26 November 1864.     The 1891-1900 Communion record shows another sister, Hilma Johanna (b. 12 Dec 1883 in Pedersöre). That Communion record also shows that the father, Matts Eriksson Forman, dies 2 June 1894.     Thank you so so much!!! It confirms I do not have the correct father of John in Family Search! I will have to search for him and correct my line. I did not have any brothers or sisters either so I hope I can put my family together. It means a lot to be able to connect. My mother's maiden name is Forsman and John was her grandfather.
