    Translated from Polish:

    Marriage Record No. 18, Grodziec, Evangelical Parish, dated 11th May 1837, of Jan Gotlieb Gleisch, a young man, settler, resident of Wielopole, son of Jan Gleisch, a settler in Wielopole and of his already deceased wife, Brygida, born Wojciechowska, he was born in Gadowskie Holendry, he is 19 years and 11 months old, and of a maiden, Anna Ludwika (Luise) Fänger, daughter of Gotfried and Maria Elzbieta, born Tielke, married couple Fänger, settlers in Gadowskie Holendry, she was born there and lives with her parents, she is 18 years old. Three Marriage Banns published in Grodziec Rudniuch (?), Evangelical Parish Church, and in Wladyslawow Parish Church. The permission of the parents was granted, no impediment detected. No prenuptial agreement. Witnesses: Marcin Hering, 23 years old, and Gotfryd Gutsch, 33 years old, settlers in Gadowskie Holendry.
