Why are my "Memories" available in the mobile Memories but not my PC Memories?

I have used the FamilySearch Memories option to store pictures, documents, and stories for many years.

I recently noted that I can still view my pictures, documents, and stories on my FamilySearch Memories mobile app but not on on FamilySearch Memories PC program.

What's going on and will and when will this situation be resolved?

P.S. I called the FamilySearch customer support line (866) 406-1830 earlier this week and neither the volunteer I spoke with not his supervisor had a clue about this situation nor how to help me!

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts….but I'm not sure what you meant. I would ask you to clarify your statement above.

    Memories is still available online, in the app and through a browser—and when I say "Memories," I'm talking about all the Memories users have in there Memories Gallery on FamilySearch.org and all those Memories they have added (tagged) to their ancestors.

    BUT, the "Find" and "People" pages of Memories have gone down on the website….that is because the Memories Team is working hard to update all the old code (there is a notice on the Find and People pages as well as a statement in this group). These two pages will return, but it will take awhile before we see them.

    Please do let me know if you are having difficulty accessing the Memories in your Gallery.
