Baptism & Confirmation date before birth date
For this person https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/KWZP-CLY the data quality score indicates that there is no conflicting data, however, the baptism & confirmation date are before the birth date and are therefore clearly in conflict.
Not "data quality score" related: I'm also frustrated that I can't see the source of the erroneous Baptism & Confirmation data nor is there any obvious way to fix it.

Whether or not ordinance information will ever be within the scope of the data quality checker will be up to its designers but I'm not surprised it is not and rather doubt it ever will be.
I can only think of two ways to account for what you are seeing. Either someone did some bad editing on the profile, potentially turning one person into a completely different person or there was a bad merge. You can check of both of these on in the Change Log. This works best using the current change log, not the new one.
Going to the box Latest Changes, clicking show all, then filtering for just birth you see:
It's a bit strange that this is the only entry because the formatting has been updated and the place has been standardized but at least is has not changed.
Now filtering for merges:
There are none.
This then means that either there was an incorrect combing of records in New Family Search, the information about we as users no longer have access to or the baptismal information on her church membership record got confused somehow.
So your next step is to post a request in the Temple group here in Community under Ask a Question and request this be investigated and her ordinance page be fixed.
It looks like the extended family structure here is rather complex and it is rather suspicious looking that Edith's current B/C date is identical to that of her two step-son's mother, Gertrude. I suspect some confusion with Edith's and Gertrude's profiles occurred in New Family Search.

@Lynn LeBaron Thanks for the feedback!
Currently, we don't consider ordinance information for the Quality Score, we have talked about it though.
Gordon is correct that this likely happened in New Family Search and that your next steps are to post in the Temple community group.
Thanks!0
