This Marriage Bann was published and posted on the door of Gmina House.

The Second Marriage Bann, Lekowo Parish, dated 31st January 1813, the same Marriage Bann for the stated persons was published for the 2nd time. We confirm it by this writing.

Marriage Record No. 10, Lekowo Parish, the Priest acting as Officer of Civil Records Office, dated the 12th February 1813, of Fabian Spojankowski, a widower, acc. to copy of his birth record from Lekowo Church, 37 years old, a farmer living in Unikowo, son of deceased Franciszek and Marianna, married couple, he also submitted to us the copy of death record of Marianna, born Ostrowska, his first wife, copy obtained from Lekowo Civil Record Office, and of a widow, Józefata (not Józefa as indexed in Geneteka) Stępnowska, 23 years old, according to submitted copy of her birth record from Ciechanow Church, daughter of deceased Stanisław Stępnowski and Marianna, married couple. She also submitted copy of the death record of Wawrzeniec Wasiak, her first husband, record obtained from Sulerzyż, Civil Records Office. Two Marriage Banns published, no impediment detected. According to Napoleon Code Sec. 6, about Marriage, we asked the groom and bride individually if they wanted to be united in marriage, and both stated that such was their will. We announce, therefore, that Fabian Spojankowski, a widower, and Jozefata Stępnowska, a widow are united in marriage. This record we wrote in the presence of witnesses, Maciej Wesołowski, 36 years old, Dyonizy Spojankowski, 46 years old, Szymon Chmielewski, 28 years old, and Walenty Wroński, all farmers from Unikowo.
