Welcome to the Italy Research commutiy. In your research for your 5th degree ancestor, you mentioned that he appears in your tree. Is it a personal tree, or is it in a program such as FamilySearch, Ancestry, etc? If it is in a particular program, it would be more helpful if you could provide that information and if so, do you have a person ID# that would help us locate him?

Have you tried contacting any of the other researchers that have added information on his Person Details Page or on his Sources page?

On his Person Detail Page you can find and message the researchers by clicking on their name as in the example:

When you do this, it will show his information and his email and chat will allow you to contact him. You will find this for each entry including the Other Information below the Vitals. When you go to the Sources column at the top, to the right of Details column. There will be a name for each source entry.

I would recommend that you contact each individual and collaborate to see if they have any new findings and suggestions of where to look next. I would start with the newest entries first because the older ones might not be still researching. One last tip, by clicking on their name, you will discover if you are related to that researcher.
