Tomaszów Mazowiecki Lutheran Parish- Records before 1830

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the records and indexes (birth, marriage, death) for Tomaszów Mazowiecki Lutheran Parish. I am looking for the years before 1830.

I tried emailing the parish a few times, but have not heard back from them.

Can anyone help me find access to these records?

    • Please contact Archiwum Panstwowe w Lodzi: kancelaria@lodz.ap.gov.pl which deals with Evangelical records for Tomaszow Mazowiecki. You may write in English, ask if the earlier records were destroyed or if the members of Evangelical faith of Tomaszow Mazowiecki recorded their births, marriages and deaths with Roman-Catholic Parish, before the Evangelical Church was organized there. You will find that there are many German names in Geneteka - Tomaszow Mazowiecki, Roman-Catholic Parish with their records for years 1826 - 1833.
