10 Tree Limit

I do not like the 10 tree limit. I have many ancestors and my husband has many. Please open it up to 20 trees. Most people don't create or join trees. The few of us who do, would like to have more trees. Most, I use for sharing temple names with different family lines. It's very useful to have these. I was told by Ann-Forte-something, that I have to delete or get out of a tree, in order to start a CET tree. This is upsetting, especially since they have members that I share temple names with and they're different family lines, such as "deacendents of ——." I have one tree that is for sharing photos of living people with close family, a recent type of tree you have. I have one that I joined of the same type, which my daughter invited me to. I cannot encourage my kids to all have such trees and invite me to them, as then, I'd have to delete more trees for sharing trmple names. The 10 tree limit is awful, in my opinion. I will probably delete one ao that I may have a CET tree, but this makes me so sad.

    @MrsLCJ again, thank you for participating in the early release CET lab. As @AnneLoForteWillson correctly replied, at this time a limit of 10 trees per user has been instituted. Please check other discussions group for more information about that and for an update if that might change. Your husband could also have 10 trees using his sign in information. Thank you again for your feedback. It has been added to the list for the engineering team.

    @MrsLCJ,

    The combined 10 CET/FamilyGroup limit was implementing during early development. It is not intended to be the final limit. Subsequent user testing and input from focus groups has informed us that a more proper limit is around 50 trees. We anticipate increasing this limit in the future.

    Robert,

    Many Guild members will have dozens of individual Gedcoms to represent each of the identified lineages in their study. One member that I am aware of has over 130 trees in his TNG study.

    Wow! 130 Trees is awesome. What is a TNG study? I want to try that one!

    JohnLIIsle1, What is a Guild member? I want to have more than 1 tree in this study, but I cannot, because I use trees to share temple names with extended family so that when they go to "Ordinances Ready," they can use those names.
