How do I help the AI learn?

Last night, for the first time, I tried the "AI Research Assistant found a name…." It showed me a census record for the family in question, and there was an additional child. However, the child's birthdate was well before the parents' marriage date, so I asked AI "Who is Frederick Smith's mother?" It answered with the mother in the census record.

Well, I solved that mystery, but the AI Research Assistant doesn't know what I found. Should I be making additional statements to help it learn? Since the sidebar says "Ask AI Questions," I don't know what really belongs there.

An AI learns from what we tell it. It needs all the help it can get, IMHO.

So I should tell it, for instance (from my example above): "Sometimes census records do not show the correct parents because a parent has remarried since the child was born. Frederick was born before Harrison & Mary Ann's marriage date."?

Would that be helpful (and understandable)? It does seem to be pretty dumb in the other instances I've tried today.

It seems to learn (or at least parrot back) information such as "A tree is not a valid source." Whether that information will make the Assistant better in the long term remains to be seen. Simple declarative sentences are probably better. A complex sentence is probably too much, at least at this point.

@CherylMillerBlack The AI Research Assistant product team plan on adding a feature that will let you tell the AI Research Assistant that it has included incorrect data.

So has it been learning up to this point? Or just searching through available sources at FamilySearch?

Yesterday I asked a question about a birth date. The AI gave me a date that was a total hallucination. When I said "Where did you find that information?" it gave me a link to a FS Community discussion where I had asked something (unrelated issue) about the same family—although not about this person. I said "That source does not have a date" and the AI parroted "That source does not have a specific date" but then offered again to find the birth date for me. This is why I wonder if it's learning anything!

And why I said it parrots what we tell it.

@Nestor Martinez1 will there be an announcement when that feature is available? Thanks for telling us what's in the works!

It sounds like a great step, but now I'm wondering if I should be taking the time until then to try to correct the AI Research Assistant.
