@Pat Lowe I'm not sure my French reading skills are any better than yours, but I did take a look. This record is the second half of the birth registration for Héléne Josephine Pascal, who was born on 5 October 1892.
I found the record online so I could see the first half as well. You can view it here.
If Google translate translated correctly, here is what the record says:
In the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two on the sixth of October at nine o'clock in the morning, before us Jean-Baptiste Pascal, mayor and civil registrar of the commune of Rambaud, canton of Bâtie-Neuve, Department of Hautes-Alpes, appeared Joseph Pascal, aged thirty-eight, farmer, residing in Maleorps, home of Rambaud, who presented to us a female child born yesterday at three o'clock in the morning in his dwelling house located in the said place of Maleorps, to him, the declarant, and Rosalie Grimaud, aged thirty-eight, a farmer, his wife. Which child he declared he wanted to give the first names of Héléne-Josephine. The said declaration and presentation were made in the presence of Charles Bontouse, aged thirty, a renter living in Rambaud, and Julien Dastrevigne, aged twenty-six, a public schoolteacher living in the same place. The declarant and the witnesses signed with us this birth certificate after it was read to them.
The chart at the bottom of the record contains the list of births that occurred in Rambaud in 1892.

@Ashlee C. Merci. I really appreciate it. You got all the little details I could not read. I got Malcorps, not Maleorps and looked it up as part of Rambaud. I could see the beginning page but didn't get past the names. Thanks again.
