I recently uploaded a GEDCOM file from my ancestry tree, and I found the upload process to be straightforward. Additionally, setting it as the preferred tree and selecting the starting person was also simple. However, I have encountered 12 upload errors that I am uncertain how to resolve. Given that this is Roots Tech week, I will likely address these issues next week. Overall, the experience has been positive.

Upon reviewing my family tree, I observed that individuals without a recorded death date were inaccurately marked as deceased. I am currently investigating whether a setting in Ancestry may have caused this issue, and I am in the process of making the necessary corrections to my tree on Family Search.
