I have a leaving for Ola Jeppesson and I don't know what it means.

Ola Jeppsson.png

I can't find him anywhere else in the Swedish records.

Can someone interpret this?

From the picture I would say something like "see the move out book" I can't open your link so can't say anything about it.

There are many records before the 1862-1866 book where he can be found with his family, but nothing after that time.

    Birth record: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058257_00200#?c=&m=&s=&cv=199&xywh=586%2C3275%2C2604%2C1594 .

    First Household Examination record 1831-1835: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058229_00093#?c=&m=&s=&cv=92&xywh=120%2C1885%2C2563%2C1328 .

    1840-1845: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058231_00132#?c=&m=&s=&cv=131&xywh=116%2C2894%2C2136%2C1107 .

    Also 1840-1845: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058231_00305#?c=&m=&s=&cv=304&xywh=162%2C3673%2C2908%2C1507 .

    1846-1851: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058232_00152#?c=&m=&s=&cv=151&xywh=-114%2C2482%2C4429%2C2296 .

    1851-1862: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058233_00252#?c=&m=&s=&cv=251&xywh=-7%2C987%2C3691%2C1913 .

    Also 1851-1862: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058234_00353#?c=&m=&s=&cv=352&xywh=-19%2C920%2C4429%2C2296 .

The last record for him in the Household records is the one you referenced in your original question.

The note in the 1862-1866 book is definitely referring to the move out book. It says the year is (18)62 and the entry is #70.

The move-out record is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058251_00010#?c=&m=&s=&cv=9&xywh=3816%2C3865%2C3750%2C2295 . The move-out record says he is "at sea".

I also looked for him in the Swedish Death Book 1815-2022 with no results.

Maybe this site is of interest, I thought Olas's father also vanished since he's on the move out record too but his father Jeppa didn't die until 1887

The Jeppa Olsson in the move-out record is actually a different person. He is on page 859 in the household examination records while Ola Jeppsson and his family are on page 878.
