Is there a limit to how many members can be part of a Group Tree. I am trying to add more than 6 and its giving me fits?

@oscaralexanderarguetaturley1 At the bottom of the Family Group Trees Learning Center it says:

How are you adding the group members? You should be able to send the invitation link to anyone you wish. Each family member would then click through the link and request to join the group. Last, you will need to return to the group and approve those who have requested to join.

If this is the process that you are using, can you send screenshots of your process, especially where it stops allowing you to add new members?

If this is not the process that you are using, can you send screenshots of how you are adding new members. So that we can see where the problem is?

I go to notifications it says my sister in law is requesting to join the group. It send me to the group but the usual approval link is gone. Her ID is her Hotmail email would this be the cause?

@oscaralexanderarguetaturley1 No it shouldn't have anything to do with her username or Contact Id. A couple of questions to sort this out:

    1. Did you already accept her into your group? Click on the Group Members button to see all the group members already accepted into the group.

    2. Are you the only administrator for the group? All administrators get a notification that someone has requested to join the group and any administrator of the group can accept a person into that group. One of the other administrators may have already accepted her into the group. Click on the Group Members button to see if she has already been accepted into the group.

    3. Did you (or another administrator) unintentionally delete her request to join? if so, she should be able to click the same link and request to join the group again.
