Sometimes you cannot translate everything word per word, and you just need to translate the essence of the record. Those recorders sometimes did not write everything in proper Latin. In this case: Puer in utero malus mortius legitimus idimus = the male infant evil (or bad) in uterus, stillborn (mortius) of legally married parents (not born, as he was not alive, he was delivered). You may use Google translate and good sense to translate.
