Death Record No. 212, Lutomiersk, of Adalbertus (Wojciech in Polish) or Joannes (Jan) Dabek, who died on the 28th January 1806, a townsman, widower, 73 years old, died due to an old age, left living sons: Adamus (Adam), Valentinus (Walenty), Filip, daughters: Hedvigis (Jadwiga) married Koralewicz, and Barbara, married Gurzynska, widowed. He received last rites with confession, sacrament, and anointing. Buried on January 30th 1806 at noon at the local cemetery.
