Can anyone help me decipher this person's surname?
I've tried numerous variations using handwriting analysis throughout the years and even ran it through ChatGPT but nothing makes quite sense.

@Jose Ramon Echevarria I believe that what appears on the record (Sando) is an abbreviation of the name Sandalio. But, unless you find other documents that may contain his full name, this is just an opinion on my part.
