I've looked at all this for HOURS and just can't get a grip on it. Would any of you like to take a stab at it and try to help me out? My goal is to see which Pernella is correct, or if both of them are. Permilla Parsson (dotter?) is my relative, but Permella is not. Yet On my family tree, her name came up to do temple work.
The relationship is on my fathers side: Gaylord Julius Monson (LFNN-FYT)

So the short answer here is that Nils Bodelsson and Pernilla Pehrsdotter, who were the parents of Anna, are not the same people who were the parents of Truls Nilsson. A different Nils Bodelsson and a woman named Elna Hansdotter were the parents of Truls. This also means that the woman Pernilla, who is currently in the tree as the mother of Truls, does not exist.
Here are a couple useful pieces of information:
- Nils Bodelsson and Pernilla Pehrsdotter were the parents of two children, Anna, and also Pehr https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FK98-Q2R
- Here is Nils Bodelsson and Elna Hansdotter with Truls and some other children https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-YS82-139?lang=en&i=19
- Nils cannot be the same person in both families because he is still living in Fjälkinge with his wife Pernilla Pehrsdotter when Truls was born in Fjälkestad, which is a different parish.
