Deceased individuals showing as Private Persons

Following deceased individuals are showing up on my list of Private People, as if they are living.

    Your list of Private People includes two categories: Living and Confidential. What you are seeing with these two people is the fairly rare possibility that a deceased person is marked as Confidential. See the explanation in the "Confidential people" section of the help article What are living and confidential people in Family Tree?

    These two individuals have not been marked as confidential, and they are still in my Living People list, even they are marked as deceased.

    Oops, looking under the Ordinances for these two individuals, it shows they are a Confidential Person. Don't know why they are listed as such.

    @Steve Voss I don't believe there is any list of "Living People" — the only similar list I know of is titled "Private People". For many users, that list will contain only living people, so it's easy to think of it as a list of living people, but you are experiencing that rare exception where there can also be deceased Confidential persons in that list.
