Translation Request - Death Index Reference
This is an index of a church death record from Denno, Italy for a Luigi Gervasi from a microfilm at the LDS Family History Library. Unfortunately, the actual record was not recorded. I think this is Luigi son of Simone, but I can't make out the second name/word (maybe an abbreviation for Simone) and the last name/word. Any interpretations would be appreciated.

It appears to me this person has a double surname: Gervasi Soni (which you see rendered in many part of Trentino as Gervasoni). So this is Luigi Gervasi Soni / Gervasoni son of deceased Simone, and is a widower (vedovo).
