    Good morning, @WrightJeanie

It is almost always easier to decipher when we can see more of the page. Do you have a URL?

    Repaired URL https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9S1-Z28P?view=fullText&keywords=Platt%2CJacob&groupId=TH-1961-29680-12865-14

Unfortunately, that page won't display from FamilySearch, but I found Jacob Platt's 1810 LWT on another website. Comparing Mary's surname to other names on the page, I believe her married name is Mary Larne.

@WrightJeanie I did some research in an attempt to find a Mary Platt who looks like she could have become Mary Larne through marriage, but could not find anything in the time frame of the LWT. I do show several Mary Platt's born in NJ. It looks like after reviewing the writing in the LWT that the name you ae looking for is most likely Mary Larne. I went through the NJ birth and marriage records, maybe you should go to:

    • 1665-1799.
    • New Jersey Department of Archives and Records have a Statewide Index to Colonial Marriages 1665 to 1799, searchable by any combination of Bride and Groom's first and last name. All references are to records held at the New Jersey State Archives.
    • The best index to licenses is New Jersey Marriage Bonds, W.P.A. 1670-1900
    • .This is a bride's and groom's card index at the state archives
    • The index shows where the original bonds and licenses are found by listing the volume and page references.
