The PQS for my great grand uncle, LHJS-P9Y Alexander Jonathan Burgess, displays MANY "consistent with sources" issues. His records include various names: Alex, A. J., John A, Alex John, Alexander John. None of them are wrong; they are all variants of his name.

Interesting to note that the algorithm does NOT call out the record where he is listed as "Alexandra" as being in conflict.

Should the algorithm handle nicknames or order of given names in a different way?
