It reads:
Michaelisdag den 29 Sept: [1772] döptes Niclas för svaghets skul hemma, född den 27ejd. Fadern Nils Niclasson i Kviinge. Modern Kirstina Thorbiörnsdotter. Susc: Nils Jons hustru i Knislinge. Test: Måns Larsson i Kviinge, Dr[äng] Nils Thor Biörnsson i Knislinge mölla. Jöns hann? hustr: i Kviinge.
Translation:
Michaelmas Day, September 29 [1772] Niclas was baptized at home because of weakness, born on the 27th. Father: Nils Niclasson in Kviinge. Mother: Kirstina Thorbiörnsdotter. Sponsor: The wife of Nils Jons in Knislinge. Witnesses: Måns Larsson in Kviinge, farmhand Nils Thor Biörnsson in Knislinge mill, the wife of Jöns hann(?) in Kviinge.
