Every since the new Pedigree option has appeared on my screen, I am having problems helping others. Specifically, when I'm using a helper id to help someone and go to descendancy view, nothing shows up on the screen. This only occured recently after the new pedigree option appeared on my screen. I have no idea of the relationship of this problem, but my work with others has been significantly impacted.
