The link to the document is through Ancestry.com. I have a downloaded copy, but I am unable to attach it.

The marriage record is for David Jacques & Pelagie Genest Labare (lower left).

    his mother : Charlotte PARIS

bride : Pélagie GENEST called LABASE living in these town

her father : Joseph GENEST called LABASE (Labase is probably the name of Joseph GENEST's mother) living in the town of Gentilly( ?)

her mother: Marguerite ROUX called "sans chagrin", the mother wasn't present for the marriage ("sans chagrin" means "without sorrow")

GENEST is the old spelling of "Genêt", it is a common broom or scotch groom

Thank you @agaudray . I didn't know what sans chagrin meant, thank you for clarifying as I thought it was apart of her last name.
