Hello, I need help, please. I have looked for years, and I can not find the parents of Rafael Redonda Murrietta LW8W-XPS, who was born in Sonora, Mexico, in 1905. I don't read Spanish and have a hard time searching Mexico records. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Bfuhriman According to his obituary, his mother's given name is Dolores. https://www.newspapers.com/article/arizona-republic/145262102/

After I found the obituary, I looked for his death certificate, which shows his father as Juan and his mother as Dolores Rondondo. https://genealogyapp.azdhs.gov/Genealogy/Home/GetGenealogyimage?id=685634 I'd take the spelling with a grain of salt, but that's a start.

Since we know from the obituary that his mother was still living in 1960, I looked next for HER death record. I didn't find anything yet, but the Arizona website is free for you to search. https://www.azdhs.gov/licensing/vital-records/genealogy/index.php

Hope this helps and best of luck!

And now I have his mother's death certificate from 1970, Dolores Murrieta, daughter of Carlos Redondo and Jesus (maiden unknown). https://genealogyapp.azdhs.gov/Genealogy/Home/GetGenealogyimage?id=685637
