In the upper right you need to change to your own private space then you will go to your profile in you private space.:

Or, if you click on the Family Tree link in the top menu to open that dropdown menu and choose Recents there (not the Recents in the second menu bar):

this opens the full Recents page where you can see all versions of yourself and choose which one you want:

Using this route does not always properly update the marker in the upper right of which tree you are in, however.
