Valid privacy concerns with Terms & Conditions
if these are a private groups, will the terms and conditions be updated? Here’s a note from our daughter-in-law:
“As a beta tester ask them about this. I think this is weird if it is supposed to be private for your family that you are granting them permission to share your content anywhere”

These groups are private in that only members of the group can see the data in the same way that the information we enter on living people outside of such a group has always been private.
The terms and conditions that you posted are basically a long way of saying that anything, we type or upload into Family Tree then belongs without restriction to FamilySearch. They can do anything they want with it within the bounds of national and international privacy laws. So they can share the content we give them, but they cannot violate the privacy of living people.
