Graveyards
I understand that when you go to large graveyards' the records are by date death. If you don't have the date of death, you cannot find the information on the individual. Are there any plans for the Church to somehow using IA to have them listed by name?

I have no idea regarding future record indexing plans.
I do know that on a recent visit to Scotland, I used Find-a-grave for locating family headstones. While not every grave site is located on this site. It is worth a try. And most of the entries contain birth and death info.
