Finding my father's real parents

My father was adopted, well documented in many fields,,, he was adopted but I struggle finding how I can find his real parents, Long gone now, my dad is near 80 and i am near illiterate online, can any body assist me please, regards Chantel

    @Chantel424 I would have your dad take a DNA test. The chances are really good that you would find some biological relatives. Ancestry is one of the larger databases for matching. When you have the test done, come back here for help with analyzing the results. If you and others in the family take the test too, that would be even better.

    You might consider having other siblings of your father take a DNA test to broaden the amount of information you receive for research.

    @Chantel424  do you have any information about your dad, such where and when he was born, his birth name etc. That would be a big help in trying to point you right direction.
