403 error trying to link a 1950 Census Hint in FSFT
The FSFT person details page for my maternal grandfather Harvey Lytle Parke (KVG6-5DK) shows a record hint from the United States 1950 Census.
When I click on the hint, I get "! 403 Record access denied".
Please resolve the 403 error so that I may link the 1950 census record to my grandfather's record.

Hello Ronald.
Sometimes I get that when I need to delete the cookies on my browser.
However, here is a Community where your question might be better answered.
Thank you

Clearing Browser Cache and Cookies did not resolve this problem.

@Ronald P. Tilby I hate it when that happens. I always like it to be a cache problem. So easy.

@Ronald P. Tilby, 403 is a code that means that you are connecting with the server but it refuses to allow you rights to use the program. It could be confusion between your browser and the server. You could try changing browsers, make sure your browser is up to date. Completely turn your computer off and turn it back on.
I have attached a few and have not had an issue. I went to your record and received the same message as you did. So I'm not sure what is going on there. I am going to go ahead and report this to see what is said about it.

I am having the same issue with record hints from the 1950 census. I've cleared my cookies, my browser is up to date, still having a problem. Curiously, it's not happening with all 1950 census hints,

Here's an example of the 403 error with the 1950 Census that I found today:
Charles Truett Waldo (1933-2014) PID: GSXS-LBG

I am having the same 403 Error Message for any 1950 US census Data that shows up as a hint for my family tree. It denies me access.

I’m having this same 403 error pop up whenever I try to access the 1950 census for some people. I’m able to access it for other people. Did anyone figure out the problem? :)

Not that I've heard. I attached some 1950 census hints OK today (North Dakota) that I wasn't closely related to. But my grandfather's 1950 hint (Wisconsin) still won't attach:

It's now working as of tonight 11/3/22.

I've had the same problem...Doesn't occur 100% of the time. Seems like FamilySearch has a bug they need to address.

Same thing happening with me for some 1950 census hints. kind of frustrating given the amount of time I spent assisting with the 1950 census on family search

To all of you in the above comments. We are so sorry for your frustration! I can identify with you clearly as I am unable to attach the 1950 census for my family as well at this time. An internal team is working diligently to get the record in proper order to be able to release. We ask for your patience in this regard.
Rest assured that it is because of your diligence in the amount of time spent has been very, very appreciated! We appreciate you and the work you have done!
This 1950 Census area has been closed. With any other remaining questions or concerns, please make your post in the "Search" area as that department is now answering questions for the 1950 census.
Again, thank you and have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families.
