Would someone please read/translate this supposed birth record of

Jens Anderson Thorup (L6JH-ZFY birth 12 mar 1780)

left side bottom of image is 1780, from Torup, Ålborg, Denmark

is Thorup his surname or a mistake because of the town name Torup

The records shown in "jens.jpg" look like burial records

The source for christening shows Jens Andersen (no Thorup), likewise the burial record source.

Sometimes the vital records recorders added a name/discriminator (could be a place or farm name, etc.) to records when there were multiple individuals in the same parish, which happens with patronymic naming. My recommendation would be to follow the christening and burial with Jens Andersen and as you have shown an alternate name from the marriage source in the "other information". Sometimes I have seen that added name carried on, but not often.

Typically, Danish names end in "sen" not "son". I would change the name to "Jens Andersen"
