@Carol Fink, could you please express this is the Feedback on the home page of the 1950 census which is found on the left side? I understand your frustration. I know that engineers see every single feedback and work to try to help everyone. Thank you!!

AndLinda: I click on the Feedback tab and nothing happens. I am logged in. What now?
Thank you, Carol

@Carol Fink, so you clicked on the Feedback and the box with the emoticons didn't appear for you to click on one of them to get a box to make your suggestion? Mine is working just fine. You might try doing some housekeeping.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- You could try changing browsers.
- Clear your cookies for FamilySearch
- Reboot your computer by turning it clear off and then turning it back on. I hope that one of these works for you!!!

AndLinda: None of the steps you suggested worked other than Firefox opened a box that looks like this:
I completed all the steps. Firefox is set to delete all cookies upon closing, however I don't use Firefox anymore for indexing because it hangs up after awhile and windows won't open. Clicking on the Feedback tab in Chrome still doesn't open. I will just continue to enlarge the screen when needed. Thanks for trying to help resolve this. Carol

@Carol Fink, that is the box that should open and to be able to click on one of the icons to get to the box to report or make a suggestion. I'm sorry Chrome isn't working for you. I use Chrome and it is working fine for me. I am wondering if you have a pop-up blocker on your Chrome which is preventing this from working. I'm sure this is probably the issue. I'm sorry I didn't think of it sooner! It would need to be disabled for FamilySearch for functions of FamilySearch.
Google Chrome
- On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu button.
- Click Settings.
- In the Privacy and security section, click Site Settings.
- Click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Under Allow, click Add, and then type [*.]FamilySearch.org
- Click Add.
I hope that this will help. Below is the article which explains further. Let me know if this helps you! I really would like you to be able to use this function to help our system and other users! Thank you so much!
I attached three articles which may benefit you. The first article are the instructions that I would like you to follow. Best of luck!

AndLinda: These are my settings with regard to pop-ups. I even shut Chrome down and still the Feedback tab does not behave like in Firefox. Will go back to Firefox and post the query about automatic zooming.

I'm so sorry this didn't work for you. You may need to have one of your computer friends see if they can figure out what may be happening with this for you. Thank you for your patience.
