My biological son wants to view our genealogy with me together. He created an account but when I search him, I can't find his account, even with his ID number. I have him added as a contact as well and created a family group and invited him also, but I can't edit our relationship or add him to my tree that way either. Can someone please help me?

You will actually need him to add a record of you as a living parent. (Only the person who creates a living individual can see that individual record). Then, if your parents are deceased, give him the IDs for them and have him attach his copy of you to them as a child. That will link him to all the deceased ancestors.

    So, to simplify.

Have your son go into Family Tree and click +Add Parent. Then he should enter your name and a birth year and location of birth (this doesn't need to be fully complete as this record is a place holder.) Make sure this record is marked as still Living.

If your parents are deceased, give him the IDs for your parents and then he can connect the record of you that he just created as a child to your parents.

Thank you so much! If my parents are still alive, can I give him grandparent info and it will work?

Yes, exactly! He just adds all living individuals until he can connect to a deceased ancestor.
