End of page -->to page 2
When you reach the end of the page and it wants to know if the starting of the next page is the same family - Of course, if it has the same last name I know it is. Often, there is no last name - just a line. Sometimes it is obvious because p.1 ended with husband and p.2 starts with wife. I just ran across one that: p.2 started with a son. The son had a different last name then the head of house on p.1. The head of house was 60 yo, The son was 5. Also, it was a different handwriting - meaning that it was 2 different census takers. I counted it as a different household. No way of knowing for sure.

This has become a huge issue for me as well. I had 3 of these this morning This seems to happen when the page has been reported for some problem and and when it comes back for review the pages are out of order.
First thing to check is the page number and enumerator on the top left hand corner especially if there is a - in the surname on the second page or there is an x in the continuation box but the first person on the next page is a HEAD or vacant property.
I had one record that was for a different enumeration district but most of the-time the page is referring back to the itself.
use the report a problem button on the image.
