I am trying to understand the note give on this son. The birth record does not give a name and neither does the household record. It appears he lived for a little while as the birth date says 15 March 1873 but it think it says he died 23 March, but I can not find a death record.

The note says that he is a "son who died without being baptized/christened". So he wasn't officially given a name and only lived 8 days. It is odd that he doesn't show up in the death/burial records.

@Norm Baker Thanks! I figured it was something like that but wanted to make sure.
